Return and Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@masonbaye.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

While we do our best to ensure that all product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Please allow for slight sizing differences. Clothing items may vary by 3–7 cm, and shoes by up to 1 cm due to manufacturing and manual measurement.

Delivery

If you do not collect your delivery within approximately 14 days, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the purchase price for the cost of handling the order.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, you should first contact the post office or transportation company to find out what happened. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, request an official confirmation of loss and send it to us.

When a package is marked as “delivered”, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We do not refund in these cases, but we are happy to assist with a replacement after review.

Limitation of Liability
Mason Baye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, including purchases made through it.
