Missing or Lost Packages

Not at Home

If you are not at home during delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a nearby pickup point. You will receive instructions on where and when you can collect your parcel.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
